It’s a nice mobile home, just needs some minor work, I’ve fixed it up myself a lot, but don’t have the time to do what needs to be done. Drywall needs put up in the kitchen , and the back ceiling needs new drywall. New cabinets need installed, need flooring of your choice. I was going to paint the floors but that’s me. It’s still a nice mobile home, 2 bed, 2 bath. Big front and back porch. Just needs some special touch to it. I’m asking a reasonable price for what i bought it for and the money I’ve already put into it. Which was alot. So now it’s in need of minor work. Just need it off my hands.
