Everyone seems to like this place. It is a nicely updated 1+ bedroom (1bedroom, 1 office) apartment in a very private setting. This unit is in the rear of the building and has exclusive use of the yard. It is set back from the street and it is very quiet back there. There is a plus room that can be used as an office (etc.) but not as a sleeping room because of the water heater and laundry units. The living room, office and bedrooms have oak hardwood floors. The gardener comes twice monthly. The unit only shares one soundproofed wall with Unit B, so there are windows on three sides. The unit has gas central heating, so no ugly wall furnace here. The gas stove/oven is commercial grade and I hope you'll put it to good use. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal and you get your own laundry machines as well. There is a ton of clean and dry storage space in the attic. Parking is on street, and is not difficult. Most people who've lived here have been happy couples who used the second bedroom as an office. There is not really enough room for an unhappy couple. There almost never is. You can't be the kind of person who needs a big garage to store all your stuff here. It isn't that kind of place. But it really does a nice job of being a home. Owner pays trash and water. You pay PG&E.
