Built in 2016, Insignia is between 5th and 6th Avenues in Belltown Seattle, between Bell and Battery Streets. The building is walking distance to the Space Needle, Amazon and Pike Place. The 41st floor rooftop lounges are awesome for relaxing or hosting, and the indoor pool, spa and fitness centers are unparalleled. The staff and concierge are great too. About the building/location: Our luxury condo is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. With world class building amenities, Insignia is located at the intersection of Belltown, Downtown and Lake Union. Our home provides convenience and a vibrant neighborhood streetscape with walking distance to Amazon, Facebook and Pike Place market/downtown. Amenities you would have access to include - state of the art gym, 75 ft saline lap pool, sauna, spa, steam room, 41st floor resident lounges, 7th floor outdoor terraces and fireplace. We have 24/7 concierge service and security on patrol in the building. No onsite parking. Street parking and lots available but you have to pay. About the unit: The entire unit is a 907 sqft unit on the second floor of the North Tower, and the professional images from our building's website showing the amenities. Outside the window doors is the Seattle monorail one floor above but the noise that enters the unit from this is very quiet. Some of the unit features include: designer interiors, hardwood floors, heating and air conditioning, private unit balcony and targeted LEED Silver sustainable design. No smoking in the unit or in balcony.
