1952 Tahoe Summer Bungalow I am the third owner of this house. Have been here since 1988. 2004 major structural remodel. Gutted the house. Replaced original electrical with all new cabling and a 200AMP box. Structure reinforced to be able to handle much heavier snow loads. Redesigned interior creating a sleeping loft and 13ft vaulted ceilings with cedar tongue & groove over the living room. New composite roof in 2014. Also added two snow load skylights. New exterior paint in 2014. In 2015 added 320' of new redwood post and split rail fencing. Planted three maple trees, a crabapple tree, an apple tree, and a plum tree. In January and February of 2022 refloored the entire house. Repainted interior. Remodeled the kitchen including addition of breakfast nook. Updated the bathroom. Refinished all tongue and groove. vaulted ceiling.
