Landscaping is included. Qualification requirements: Must have good rental references and no evictions. Minimum credit score of 650. Application processing fee is $50.00 per person over 18, non-refundable. Every person over the age of 18 must complete an application. To complete the rental application: Provide 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. Provide copies of your last 2 bank statements that reflect income deposits and total available funds should be enough for move in (1st month rent and deposit). Provide copies of your last 2 paycheck stubs or other current proof of income. If you are self employed, please provide the last 2 years of taxes or 1099s. All of this information is required before an application will be processed and submitted to the landlord for review. In addition, you must VIEW (visit, go-to, tour) the property before an application will be considered. We will not process an applicant that has not visited the property. Minimum monthly gross income must equal 3 times the amount of rent. For example, the rent is $5,250 and the required total gross income of all applicants combined is $15,750+. We also consider the minimum monthly debt payments reported on your credit report and/or garnished against your pay. Tenant pays for utilities (water, garbage, gas, electric) and landlord maintains landscaping. No pets allowed, no smoking indoors allowed, has a 1 car driveway. 12-month lease.
