We are renting out our extra bedroom in a private gated community. We are looking for someone to move in August 1st. As our current roommate is graduating school and will be moving out then. Currently my husband and I live here with are 2 year old Corgi. He is very friendly and is kept in a crate while we are at work. We have a very spacious room for rent with a closet that leads to a private bathroom. We are asking $900 a month. We are looking for a 6 month rental agreement that can be extended if both parties agree. All utilities are included along with internet and cable. We are only asking for a $200 deposit with partial refund after carpet/cleaning fee is applied after move out. A small dog would be considered depending on breed and size . If approved a pet deposit of $250 would be included. The common areas include the Kitchen and living room. The condo has a washer and dryer in the unit along with a balcony for grilling (only electric grill allowed) This gated community is very quiet and is located next to Cottonwood High school. It is 6 minutes from the 215 freeway and 10-15 mins from various stores and fashion place mall. The community has a tennis court, basketball hoop, pool, club house, duck pond and various shaded walking paths. The community is also has HOA so certain rules have to be followed including picking up after pets and no smoking near buildings. There is also a no noise policy from 10pm to 8am. There is a dedicated covered parking spot that you can use and any additional cars would require a permit that is $25 a month We are asking a 6 month lease with option to renew if both parties agree.
