Hardwood floors in the living and dining areas on the first floor as well as in the 2.5 bedrooms on the second floor where the 1st bathroom is located and in the "mother-in-law" unit un the 3rd floor where the 2nd bathroom is located. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range stove, fridge and dishwasher. The basement includes access to a garage space as well as hook ups for personal machines. While Kamin Realty does not provide AC units, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and and in the dining area. Tenants can provide their own window AC units if they choose to do so.
