This house is not worth the value noted on this website. I have lived here for over 10 years and this house has at least 24 L&I violations that is on record. The interior and exterior of this house is deteriorating. I really would like for website such as this one to stop posting totally incorrect information about this house that the owner / managing company refuse to fix. I am not sure whom appraised this house but the value is way off. Just a year ago, the house was only worth a little over $15,000 and now it has quadruple, impossible when no type and I repeat no type of renovations have been done to this house since I been besides the work we have put in this house.
