This apartment is perfect for a summer intern! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the rest of the summer - from June 3 through August 31. You will have the option to renew the lease starting in September. I've been here for three years, and have really loved it. I'm only leaving to be closer to my family. This 500 sq. ft. studio in Alexandria, VA is really spacious and easy to divide into separate sleeping and living areas. It's on the ninth floor, so it's full of light morning and afternoon. There's a full kitchen, full bathroom, a large hall closet, and a walk-in closet off of the bathroom. The apartment complex runs a free shuttle to the Huntington metro station, which you can also walk to, and there's a bus stop right outside the complex. Both the complex and the building have secured entries, and parking is also available on-site if needed for $15/month. There's a gym and laundry room on the first floor, as well as another gym offering fitness classes in the main town center of the apartment complex. The maintenance guys are really quick to fix any issues, and the lock-out service is speedy as well. The apartment is pet-friendly as well. There are also a package room, convenience store, and dry cleaners on-site. If you're interested in applying, I'll cover the application fee.
