There are several amenities nearby such as Whole Foods, restaurants and bars. The apartment has big windows, a new fridge and a dishwasher. As for the rooms, one has a balcony overlooking the front yard and the other one has a direct door to the main bathroom. My room has its own bathroom, so the main bathroom is only shared by two. Bike Racks are located downstairs by the laundry. Landlord requires credit check, which has a fee of $45. There is a non-refundable, one time move-in fee of $250. Come check my place out. It is splendid! Total Rent is $2060 divided by 3 people. Share of rent is $686 each. Resident looking for two roommates. Lease is for one year. $250 non-refundable move in fee is required.
