This remarkable lady is waiting for fresh, modern attire to be transformed into one of the most awesome homes in Hixson. Stunning views from all sides. Home is at top of hill and has panoramic views of Chickamauga Lake as well as mountain views from every side of the house. This was built as a dreamhome....no shortcuts allowed. Come and check out the detailed woodwork, marble, circular staircases, steam room, chandeliers! Originally built in 1969, this lady does need some work to bring her back to her original grandeur and glory. The rooms are large, some of them could be described as huge!! Decks that span the length of the home, a second kitchen/wetbar in the basement, real wood burning fireplaces, tons of storage room, a fountain, a fenced backyard, the descriptions could go on and on! To be sold 'as is'. Literally 2 minutes to the lake/marina.....location does not get much more convenient than this!
