Neighbors are very nice and friendly and genuinely look out for each other. They are not nosy or overbearing but rather genuine, hard working people. There are a good number of children, mostly Elementary and Middle school age. The kids are respectful and very pleasant. I truly love the neighborhood and would miss it if we were to move.
