I promise, you won't find a nicer/friendlier/more tight knit neighborhood than here. This home has the flattest lot on the street and massive parking pad. It is the de facto sports arena for all of the neighborhood soccer/football/baseball/basketball/tag/kick the can/you name it games. The neighborhood kids flock to the yard and our boys enjoyed every single aspect of it. Summers are magical and during the one or two times it accumulates snow a year it turns into a sledding wonderland. The house is as solid as a rock, the roof and HVAC are 10 years old and maintained regularly.
