We simply charge your credit card once a month for 30 nights at a time. If, at the time you wish to move out, you've already paid for unneeded nights beyond the 2 week notice period, we refund them. Please note that this is located within a 100% smoke free community (no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere - even parking lots and balconies). Pet fee: $300/mo. All other taxes/fees included except a one-time $399 cleaning fee (not per month) and a refundable $1000 damage/security deposit.
