There are two pools and two parks specific to this neighborhood, security for our HOA rides around every day. Active HOA with friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Speed bumps help keep the cars slowed down for sake of children that are playing....we love it here. Super convenient to stores, I 15, the 215, strip etc...Great place to live.
