The apartments are spacious with decks or balconies and complete with a beautiful, peaceful fountain. Each apartment has a separate dining room, built in stove/oven, and ample cabinet space. Parking is under the building. There is a laundry room, gated pool and an extra outside closet for storage. The amenities include: wall furnace, air conditioner, garbage disposal, drapes, wall-to-wall carpets, and cable and satellite reception. The apartments are professionally managed by an experienced staff, and we strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors! An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.
