Apartment: - 2B1B loft style apartment in a building with a lot of character and great neighbors - Rent is $1,650 per month and it includes all utilities as well as a covered parking spot (gas, electric, water, trash, sewage all included) - It will be unfurnished but I have a futon that I am willing to leave to you for free - You will have the apartment move-in ready and you will work directly with the landlords - The building has condos and landlords (owners) are locals, easy to work with, and prompt - fully equipped kitchen with electric range, over, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave garbage disposal - Great closet space - large closet in the master bedroom (almost walk-in), closet with shelving in the second bedroom, separate closets for linens and coats, a closet which can be used as pantry - Open living area on level 1 and bedrooms on level 2 of the apartment - Nice and private patio perfect for when the whether is nice - In-built bookshelves - Central air conditioning and heating with temperature controls in each room - Old but functional gym in the building - Secured entry and onsite property manager Some cons - the building is a bit old and used to be a factory but as a result of that has a lot of character. The train goes from the back of the building but never has it ever disturbed me as the walls are thick and insulation is nice. You can message me for more details.
