The home is also wired to the generators, meaning that you will have constant power in the home in even the worst of weather conditions. Both generators have had the automatic transfer switches replaced, while the generator for houses five-eight was replaced in 2020. The entire property is plumbed to a large water well, with a secondary well nearby. All wiring has been pulled for the secondary well, with plumbing being run to the near vicinity; all it needs is plumbed to the water room and hooked to power, and you will have a secondary water supply on the ready.
