I am looking for someone to rent a large room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home near Eastgate Garden Grove. This person will assume certain responsibilities overseeing the operations of the home. These duties include: Make sure other tenants park in assigned areas Put all bills in your name and send out monthly notices to other tenants for equal share of bills to be paid to you Make sure the trash is put out and cans brought back in on trash day Be the frontline interface, when needed, to have repairs done (I will reimburse any costs) Make sure other tenants are abiding by all rules given in contract In exchange for duties rent will be reduced. $1550 Rent - Management incentive $200 = $1350 per month 400 sq ft room - furnished or unfurnished Your rent includes: Full access to Kitchen Laundry onsite Updated bathroom shared with one other tenant Driveway parking kitchen cabinets and refrigerator space If this sounds like a fit for you please reply and lets discuss.
