This house is located in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful neighborhood in Herriman city. Rosalina park is behind the back yard fence and there is neighbor only on one side of the house. There are plenty of windows, so the sunshine and joy fill every room. There is space for RV parking. There are fruit trees and grape vine in the backyard. There are clouds hanging over the horizon in the backdrop of sky Utah blue. Living room and all the bedroom has views. Both of the bathrooms have windows. I am looking for friendly, responsible, peaceful tenant(s) as I have promised the neighbor. I'd like to ask for one-year lease. Tenant would need to take care of all the utility bills and keep the landscaping in reasonable shape. The basement is *not* finished. No smoking. Trained pets are O.K. to negotiate.
