This is located in a lovely area, very residential and safe. The second floor is newly renovated, and has one master bedroom and one smaller room. There is an exclusive entrance for tenants. Appliances are new. Between two major streets for transportation needs. We are a loving family with a small puppy and hope our tenants are okay with not throwing any parties outside of the holidays. We are hard-working and would love tenants who respect our space as we respect yours. Place is ready to rent. Tenant is responsible for electric. Tenants must be quiet and neat. We ask the tenants to agree to a six month lease before offering a more permanent contract.
