The house is located in the gated community of Vallecitos Ridge. The mature roommates are a mix of responsible graduate college students and young professionals. There are "House Rules" that all roommates need to follow. Roommates share the living room, kitchen, dining room (which currently holds a pool table) and the backyard. Parking is restricted to the driveway. The atmosphere is a professional one with very little partying. We are also have noise restrictions per the HOA. The lease is for one room and for single occupancy (only one person lives in room). The assigned bathroom is the guest bathroom and is shared with any guests as it is on the first floor. There are not that many guests. All interested parties are encouraged to apply. No pets. Once application is accepted, a background check is required and the fee for this is $50. A completed application is not required to see the property. Utilities are shared amongst other roommates - gas, electricity, water, internet, garbage, etc. Approximately $140 per month.
