Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community; any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony; violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; a first offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes; please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Do not park in reserved spaces; unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled with no exceptions and no refunds. Includes a built-in desk. Guests are advised that the pool facilities are seasonal and typically open in mid-May and close at the end of October each year. The exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions and building management's discretion. Access to the pool outside of this period cannot be guaranteed, and no adjustments to reservations will be made in relation to pool availability.
