A $32.95 plus tax cash application fee per adult will be collected with applications to cover background check expense from tenantbackgroundsearch dot com. 7) Applicants must be non-smokers. 8) Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. (6 people total). 9) Pets will be considered and may require additional monthly fee and pet deposit. $3400 security deposit due at lease signing with first month's rent ($3400 + $3400 = $6800). Weekly professional landscaping and trash pickup are included in the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, gas, internet).
