Laundry is in-unit. the house / rental space has just finished being completely renovated so all flooring, ceilings, walls, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, are all brand new. windows have been added/expanded to add plenty of natural light and take fire safety precaution. the driveway and parking pad have just been re-paved and off street parking is available at no extra cost. there's also plenty of safe street parking available directly in front of the house. We are very pet friendly and the home owners have three dogs themselves. There is no breed or size restrictions, we just ask that your pets behave well with other people/animals. there is a $25 monthly pet rent per. dog and $10 monthly pet rent per. cat. No pet deposit necessary.
