The other two bedrooms in the same area are not used for sleeping, one is a sewing/workout room and the other is a guest room that is used occasionally. The Master bedroom is on the other side of the house. Full access to washer/dryer, kitchen, family room, and yard that also has a fantastic view of the East foothills and City of Gilroy. Plus, all HOA amenities are included: Gated entrance, 24-hr Security, heated pool, park, bocce courts, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball, club house events, bingo & Music in the Park all summer. There are many walking trails. Location is close to the train station, freeway access, downtown Gilroy, Gavilan College, and several small cities like Morgan Hill, San Martin, Hollister, San Juan Bautista and Watsonville. 40 minutes to San Jose. No drugs, smoking of any kind, including vaping inside, outside and anywhere near the property. No pets. HOA policies apply for use of pool, bocce and tennis courts, etc.

There are no other roommates in the home. Only me, the homeowner. Retired, stay at home, love to garden, go dancing, and participate in community events. Keep normal hours 7AM - Up, 10-11PM bedtime. Pets are well behaved, stay downstairs.
