My Father will be acting as my landlord for this property and can handle issues quickly as he lives about one minute away in the same neighborhood. The House- Built in 2007, this home is a short walk to Mozelle Brown Elementary School and a short walk to Cumberland Academy High School. This house has a large fenced backyard great for animals and a spacious open kitchen, dining and living room area. Tyler is a great area that is constantly growing and there is a ton to do.
