APPLICATION & MINIMUM SCREENING CRITERIA PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE APPLYING This property is subject to the City of Seattle First-in-Time requirements. Prior homeownership, living with family, employer-provided housing, international residence, and other lawful housing arrangements are acceptable; traditional rental history is not required for the entire period. INCOME & EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION: Applicants must provide sufficient documentation to verify the income relied upon to meet the income requirement. Documentation may include recent pay statements, employment verification, tax documents, bank statements, benefit documentation, offer letters, or other reasonably reliable documentation appropriate to the source of income. APPLICATION INFORMATION: Information provided in the application must be complete and materially accurate. Material discrepancies or omissions may require additional documentation or clarification before screening can be completed. Applicants will be provided any opportunity to submit supplemental information required by applicable Seattle law. ADULT APPLICANTS: Each adult who will be a party to the rental agreement must submit the required application and screening information. Occupants who are not required by Seattle law to become parties to the rental agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Identification: Applicants must provide sufficient identification and information to complete lawful tenant screening. MOVE-IN: Applicants must be prepared to take possession within the move-in timeframe specified in the listing or otherwise agreed to in writing. All screening criteria will be applied consistently and in accordance with Seattle, Washington State, and federal fair-housing and tenant-screening laws. 1 year minimum
