This home is AMAZINGGGG! Completely remodeled from top to bottom; this truly is a one of a kind home. The owner is an amazing craftsman & ALL of the wood throughout the home (which is solid Red Oak) has been hand crafted & built by him. The posts, the stairs & even all of the doors (& the even bedroom furniture which is not for sale!) were all handmade! The floors have all been replaced with an engineered hardwood, the kitchen has updated appliances & a country modern feel. There's a 1st floor bedroom & just look at that bathroom on the 2nd floor- who has bathroom envy?! The room was completely redesigned & a new window was added to highlight the soaking tub. JUST WOW! The bedrooms are large and have extra storage. &&& not only is inside spectacular, but look at that yard! Over an acre with a barn, firepit, pergola, and a large deck for entertaining. But wait there's more; yessss this home is in Vestal/Glenwood elementary district too! Don't wait, call your agent today for a showing!
