Very cute 3 bedroom 2 bath with a breezeway porch. I recently had the back porch redone and exterior completely painted and added nice landscape. I have completely opened up the Dining room and the kitchen and it is more open concept now. The electric switch box in the garage has been completely rewired, brand new roof 2020 brand new air conditioner 2019 brand new hot water heater 2020. We have just finished Putting brand new knockdown on the ceilings and on the walls. The main house has been freshly painted and I am in process of painting the three bedrooms after the bedrooms are done I will be putting brand new carpet in the bedrooms. This house is a gem. It is not Completely finished but I will welcome anyone that would love to come in and take a look. I am hoping to be able to rent this house out at the beginning of 2022.
