The house has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room/dining room. Laundry is located in the basement. A large garage is mainly used for storage of gear and extra stuff. There is a deck in the back that goes to the lower patio and large backyard. In the backyard there is a sauna, which mainly gets used in the winter. There is a large driveway for off street parking. Ideally looking for a quiet, responsible grad student or full time working employee. All the roommates live full time and work full time here in SLC. Sorry no pets, we have a friendly dog all ready. Not a party house, but we do enjoy our beers. Rent is $850 a month + utilities (gas and water, ranges from $15 in the summer to $30 in the winter per person).
