Hello. I am currently seeking a roommate or couple to share my very nice 2 bedroom apartment. It is on the second floor of a building with only three other apartments, so it is very peaceful and private. There is a very nice view of the Peninsula Crossing Trail from the back windows and and balcony. The living room and kitchen are both very open and able to comfortably accommodate several people simultaneously. The bathroom is a good size and kept very clean. There is a laundry room on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient when it is raining. The bedroom is able to fit any sized bed comfortably and includes a large closet as well as several outlets for power, cable, and phone service. There is also additional storage in the two large common area closets and linen closet. The common areas are furnished with the basic necessities, but there is room for more furniture if you have some. The kitchen also has the basic appliances including a electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment complex is kept very clean and the property managers, who live in one of the apartments, are very responsive and more than fair. I have lived here for three years and have a good rapport with them and my neighbors. There is a pool as well as some picnic tables in the center of the complex. North Gate park is very nice and hosts many sports activities directly across the street. The number 4 bus runs frequent service in both directions from stops that are right outside the parking lot. The sublet is month to month. There is a $600 refundable security deposit. The application fee is $40 and the first month rent and security deposit would be due when you are added to the lease. All applicants must pass a criminal background and credit check and have stable employment with a verifiable annual income of at least $17,000. No dogs or smoking inside. A cat could be allowed with a $300 pet deposit.
