I'm renting out a large bedroom + office/spare room in my 2.5 bedroom apartment. I am moving to the smaller bedroom, which is on the other side of the apartment. The room is approximately 11 by 14, and has two large windows facing the street, as well as a decent closet. The office is approximately 9 by 6.5, and has an entrance directly off the bedroom or can be accessed from the hallway. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. Living room is HUGE, and will be partially furnished, so you are welcome to bring whatever you have. Kitchen has ton of storage and I have many cooking appliances (soda stream, blender, crock pot, etc.). Bathroom has storage shelf outside. I am 28, female, and a middle school teacher. I work long hours and take grad school classes online, so I stay busy, but I would love a roommate who enjoys wine/Seamless/Netflix nights sometimes. I don't care about your party habits, as long as you don't bring them home. I have an adorable, 10-year old senior dog who loves people and other dogs. I also sometimes foster small dogs for a local animal rescue. Landlord will allow one other dog, and I know my dog would love a playmate! $1500 + utilities. Heat and hot water included. We split electricity and internet (I don't have cable, but you can add it via Optimum). I also pay for FreshDirect DeliveryPass and apartment cleaning 1-2 times per month, which I'd love to split if you want. There are only 3 apartments in the building, and we have the entire 2nd floor. Shared backyard. Lease is currently through August 1, 2016. Prime Crown Heights! The area has tons of great bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within blocks, and a laundromat around the corner. The 2/3/4/5 and the S (to the C) are all within 3 blocks. 25 minutes express to Union Square.
