The Masten-Quinn house was built sometime prior to 1848, with the north addition being added in 1870. The house was completely gutted in 1995. All existing electric, heating, plumbing, insulation, roof, windows and septic have been upgraded since 2003. The house earned its designation to the National Historic Register in 2003. 2 working fireplaces. In 2008 the owner built a detached 2 car garage to compliment the historic house.
