The seller would like buyers to know the following: "The house is in very good condition with many great upgrades, new windows, everything is working. Noise from traffic is not heard after window is closed; the entrance is not the main entrance of the complex so the traffic is not as heavy as people would imagine; the driveway's safety doesn't exist at all. I have never had any near danger experience while I back off my car from garage. The loudest noise is between 8am-9am 5pm-6:30pm. Other times are quiet. The backyard has more privacy than most end units in the complex the pull-down window shade compensates the location so we see the outside view have lights but people cannot really see the inside. During winter, the nearby community road gets cleared up first because it is one of the main roads. Walking to bus stop to NYC saves another 5-10 mins than walking from inner side of the community. Burglars won't dare to try this one since more likely they will be seen by others!"
