All applicants must pass a detailed tenant screening by Transunion, the third largest credit bureau in the United States. It examines a person's CREDIT HISTORY (on time or late payments, civil judgments, collections, verified income of 2.5 times the rent, credit score), CRIMINAL HISTORY (detailing his/her criminal record), and EVICTION HISTORY (listing all eviction filings by prior landlords).
