Furnishings include a dresser, night stands, and 48in. smart tv. and optional table. The room has a spacious closet with sliding doors. Enjoy more restful sleep with newly installed blackout blinds. Shared areas include the following: *Living room with surround sound, 65in smart TV, DirecTV with DVR, reclining sectional sofa and massage chair. *Peaceful, colorful, landscaped back yard with Weber BBQ, gas fire pit, patio furniture, gas patio heater, outside shower and jacuzzi. *Fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances to include air fryers and built in granite dining table. *We do not smoke but smoking is allowed in the back yard Renter must be tidy and keep the common areas in the condition they found them.
