Beautifully kept older home with lots of character! Though we state two bedrooms, the basement is one-half finished and we use as another bedroom. The third bathroom is in basement. We state (1) 3/4 bathroom because it does not have a tub. We also have a small, but efficient, family room which houses a large wall unit and sleeping sofa.
