I have an unfurnished two bedroom, one bath home in the heart of West Asheville about a 5 min walk from Battle Cat Cafe, Taco Billy, Hole Doughnuts and Archetype Brewing available for rent January 19. The house has an open floor plan in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. There is bamboo and vinyl flooring throughout (room photos with carpet are old). Home includes washer/dryer hook-ups (need to bring your own washer/drier). The backyard is fenced and includes a garden shed for storage. Friendly, well behaved pets are ok with a non refundable pet deposit. The side yard is a great space for gardening! There is room to park two cars in the driveway. The rent is $1750 a month, with $1750 deposit, and the lease is negotiable. You will be responsible for all utility bills (gas, water, electric, internet) as well as maintaining the yard (mowing/weeds). There is no smoking in the house. I'm looking for renters who are responsible, mature, pay bills on time, and have long-term secure employment.
