This is a men's coliving home. I have 1 large, furnished upstairs private bedroom with closet and a private bathroom. All utilities included, high speed wifi, washer & dryer in unit. As a coliving community there is no alcohol or drugs permitted, smoking is permitted outside. No guests in the house. Small dog permitted with permission but currently the house is pet free. 1) zero tolerance for drugs and / or alcohol on premises 2) can pay rent weekly, biweekly, or monthly 3) smoking on back deck only 4) each resident must adhere to posted nightly quiet hours 10p-6a 5) each resident must help with shared house chores. 6) prior to moving in each resident must pass a urine drug screen 7) each resident is encouraged to be employed, in school or volunteering on a regular weekly basis 8) small dogs permitted with approval 9) smoking is allowed in the backyard only 10) no guests allowed in the house, no exceptions
