I'm hardly there, I will only be there a few days until February 2017, so you'll have the house mostly to yourself except for when I come or when I might have guests a few days/month. Ideal candidate must be clean and neat and respectful of the property. Must show proof of employment and have work and personal references. Absolutely no cigarette smoking. If you're a smoker, please don't bother, sorry but it's very important to me. You're responsible for electricity, gas, and water in addition to rent. I will pay bills prorated based on my time there or if there are guests. So for instance, if I'm there 10 days out of a month, I will pay approximately 1/3 of the bills. I request first month's rent plus 2 months security deposit. The lease will be month to month. I'm looking for the right fit, not in a hurry to get a housemate.
