We are renting a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in town n country off of Sheldon Rd/ Memorial Hwy and close to Hillsborough Ave. We are asking for $850 a month for rent there are no utilities included. The apartment was remodeled about 2 years ago there is laminate floor throughout the unit and we have stainless steel appliances. The apartment is only 564 square feet, the living room and kitchen is an open area. There is a laundry room that has a washer and dryer hook up you will have to provide your own washer and dryer. If you are interested in viewing the apartment please call property manager to setup an appointment. If you like the apartment the requirements are proof of income of at least 3 times the amount of the rent which will be $2550 a month. There is an application fee of $65 per adult, we will run a credit, criminal and eviction check. If you are approved you will be required to pay 1st month rent which is $850 plus security deposit which will be minimum of $850.
