North Moreland Court is a lovely apartment-home community. We are conveniently located in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. Our professionally-managed 1 and 2 bedroom apartments feature courtyard views and tasteful period updates. There are also on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking, and attentive maintenance staff. Our apartments welcome small (less than 25lbs) dogs and cats. Our wonderful location offers convenient access to public transportation, groceries (QFC), a post office, and a variety of small shops and eateries. Current Openings: A first floor 2 bed apartment, with access to a courtyard and a parking lot at either entrance. Renter is responsible for their own electric bill. There is a flat rate fee of $65 for water/sewage and $25 for trash. We start with an 8 month lease, and do not require a deposit.
