One bedrooms range from $875-975. We offer many units with washer and dryer hook-ups as well as an onsite laundry for the units that do not have hook-ups. Our professional office staff and hard working maintenance team are incredibly responsive and pride themselves are maintaining great places to live. One year lease. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric utilities. Must have verifiable income of at least $2000 per month take home pay. We will work with Section 8.
