I am moving into a new home where I don't have to do any steps. Im sad leaving my home, that is the reason for the rental for now. Now let me tell you about this house, and the incredible neighborhood. We moved in when we got married 27 years ago. My husband, and I are developers in Highland Park, we have many apartments, it's an amazing neighborhood to live in. You can walk everywhere, buses, restaurants, coffee shops, Everyone comes to our park, and the zoo, swimming, volleyball, tennis courts, walking in the woods everywhere, you name it ,we have it. Highland Park is completely renovated all over the city, and we are a part of that. The people are so friendly wherever you go, Pittsburgh is known to be obnoxiously friendly, my husband is originally from Boston, and he was amazed at the level of help, love, friendliness. It's Beautiful I am from Pittsburgh, proud of it. I'M ONLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE THE WAY THEY LIVE. I protect all my tenant's everyone is incredible who I rent to, they get up go to work, and take pride in where they live. We are very respectful to our tenants and they are of us, it goes both ways. My home has everything you want , and need. When we move out, Everything will be freshly painted, new wood floors in the bedrooms down stairs, I have new rug already in the master bedroom upstairs. If you have any preferences before you move in, my husband, and I may accommodate within reason. We want everyone to feel like it's their own home to be proud of, and treat it that way. I prefer the phone, if you are interested, communication is Key for me. I am on top of everything when there is a problem, we are like the husband, and wife back up, to get everything done so you can enjoy your space while you are there. Looking froward to hearing from you. Forgot to tell you we put all new windows in where needed, it's amazing to be able to open all the windows, I never really use the air-conditioning, I use fans, I love the fresh air only use air-conditioning as needed. As far as transportation, buses everywhere, you can walk to all of the stores as needed if you are in good shape. We had a partner who never bought a car, and went everywhere with no problem.
