this is a great neighborhood for any family. We are the newest people on our side of the block in terms of living there. Each of our neighbors haver been there at least 12 years. Right behind us is the the local elementary school. This area is considered Calumet township and is literally 3 doors down from Griffeth, IN. Central air, water heater, roof, and siding are pretty new (10 yrs or less). The whole downstairs could act as a two br appartment complete with kitchen. The house also has a reverse osmosis water system and is set up for adt alarm system. Just call me if interested.
