This unit features a full kitchen that has been updated and living room with a small dining table. The balcony and bedroom windows have direct ocean views to enjoy. We have indoor & outdoor pools, and hot tubs. The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean! The kitchen is updated with stainless steal appliances and fully stocked to prepare a meal. The living space features a new queen size pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean and a new dining table set. There is one full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The bedroom has new furniture. The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. This condo resort offers tons of amenities on the grounds including an onsite restaurant (hours vary by season), several outdoor and indoor pools available, fitness center, laundry room (for a fee), kids playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and of course we cannot forget direct beach access. We also provide for the beach a cooler, chairs and an umbrella. We also have a basketball, volleyball and tennis rackets available to use in the unit. You must be 23 years old in order to rent this unit. This is an HOA requirement and security checks this at the gate when you arrive. There will be a cleaning fee charged at check out for $150. This is a non-smoking property. The HOA also does not allow pets. All utilites are included in the rent.
