Newer roof on each, 10 miles to Johnson City Medical Center. 4 miles to Airport. 13.8 miles to ETSU main campus. Excellent for B&B. These cabins have stayed rented sent the day I bought them 15 years ago. They have stayed rented so I have not had opportunity to do a lot of updating on the inside with people living in them. Just if anything ever needed replaced just buys something newer and modern. They have never sat empty one time.
