This is an older Route 66 Motel with lots of charm. The rooms are clean and the location is great. There are many amenities close by including a Smith's grocery store, barber shops, food establishments, churches and banks. The property is located near the ART and city bus stops. It is just over 2 miles from the nearest freeway onramp. We have two room sizes that each come with a microwave and fridge. Fully furnished, Cable TV included. Rooms rates start at $1083 per month for one person one bed. NO COOKING. NO PETS. All utilities are paid except for WIFI. We offer reasonable monthly rates and love to host ABQ out of town workforce.
