You will be be amazed at how lovely THE RETREAT truly is. The lease is a 3 month minimum stay and it is so tranquil you will want to stay forever. Luxury linens, china, leather sofa and love seat plus a fabulous desk to do any work that needs done. You will b e happy with the new smart TV and the ambiance. Take your wine to the patio and enjoy the evening coming on, or grab some grapefruit and make some juice. There are many fruit trees and you are welcome to enjoy them. There is also the large lighted patio with BBQ for your pleasure. Or go sit there and read a book. This truly is a RETREAT, and every guest has been sad to leave. Owner pays for internet, water, garbage and gardener. Tenant must agree to terms of lease
